This ancient proverb is the inspiration for our system of green values and from where our journey starts.
Our story begins in 2000 when fate brought us, Daniela and Alessandro, together. Already experts of the tourist sector, after joining our hearts together for life in 2002, we opened our hotel.
But it was after having our triplets in 2008 that we decided to try to safeguard, in our small way, the planet that welcomes us, opening eco Hotel Milano in 2010.
We take many small eco-sustainable actions every day: from water and electricity saving, from the promotion of separate waste collection to the use for eco-certified cleaning products that are 98% biodegradable in 24 hours, from the choice of biological ingredients on our menus to offering our guests eco-certified courtesy sets.
EcoHotel Milano is the first eco-sustainable hotel in Milan to offer an eco-friendly service certified with 3 Eco-Leafs by the EcoWorldHotel association, guaranteeing an eco-sustainable service and offering our guests high environmental quality along with a biological food and wine experience that is attentive to all dietary requirements.
To assess compliance with the requirements by applicant accommodation facilities, EcoWorldHotel uses DNV GL Business Assurance Italia s.r.l. , one of the most important certification bodies in the world, as an independent third party.
Ongoing attention to the needs of the customer is the cornerstone and core of the our corporate policy, inspired by utmost transparency and quality.

We also promote sustainable mobility and the use of ecological means of transport. When you stay with us leave your car in our car park; you will do yourself a favour, avoiding the stress of the traffic and and you will do the planet a favour. There is an underground station just 300 metres away and many bike sharing points scattered throughout the city. If you can’t live without the car, why not rent an eco-friendly one?
Also, on request, we offer a transfer service; we will come to pick you up at the airport or station and bring you directly to the hotel.
We have a network of super qualified dog-sitters in the neighbourhood!

Placed a very short walk from the metro station. Quick links to the rest of Milan. Perfect stop for a quick stay in the city. Nice breakfast, very friendly staff, and the eco effort is a nice and commendable touch. I would stay again.

Value for money hotel with willing and polite staff. The cleanliness at a high level. The location is close to a metro stop and an affordable super market. The philosophy is special and fully implemented. Also the restaurant is good, tasty traditional Milan rissoto, delicious spaghetti and freshly caprese salad.
